🆕 1. Naya Connection Kaise Lein? (New LPG Connection)
Naya gas connection lena ab pehle jaisa mushkil nahi raha. Aap Indane, HP, ya Bharat Gas me kisi ka bhi connection ghar baithe ya agency jakar apply kar sakte hain.
💻 Online Apply: Apni pasandida gas company (jaise myLPG.in) ki website par jayein. 'Register for New Connection' par click karein. Apna Aadhar card, address proof aur photo upload karein. Online payment karein aur connection direct aapke ghar!
🏢 Offline Apply: Apne nazdiki gas agency (Distributor) ke paas jayein. Apne KYC documents (Aadhar, PAN, Address proof) aur 2 passport size photos form ke sath jama karein.
💡 Pro Tip: Agar aap PM Ujjwala Yojana ke dayre me aate hain, toh aapko free connection mil sakta hai. Iski jankari apni agency se zarur lein.
📱 2. Cylinder Booking Ke Aasan Tarike
Cylinder khatam hone ka tension ab chhod dijiye. Booking ke kai tarike available hain, jo aapki suvidha ke anusar banaye gaye hain:
🟢 Online Booking (Ghar Baithe)
WhatsApp Booking: Apni gas company ke official WhatsApp number par apne registered mobile se "Hi" ya "Book" likh kar bhejein.
Mobile Apps: Indane (IndianOil ONE), HP (HP Pay), ya Bharat Gas (Hello BPCL) app download karein aur sirf 1-click me book karein.
Payment Apps: Google Pay, PhonePe, ya Paytm ke 'Book a Cylinder' section me jakar apni LPG ID dalein aur turant payment karein.
Missed Call: Registered mobile number se company ke toll-free number par missed call dekar bhi aapka cylinder book ho jata hai.
🔴 Offline Booking (Bina Internet Ke)
IVRS (Call Service): Apni gas company ke IVRS (Interactive Voice Response) number par call karein aur bataye gaye instructions ko follow karke booking confirm karein.
Agency Visit: Apni gas agency par jakar apni gas passbook dikhayein aur counter se manual booking karwayein.

⏸️ 3. Connection Suspend Ya Surrender Kaise Karein?
Agar aap dusre shahar me shift ho rahe hain ya lambe samay ke liye bahar ja rahe hain jahan gas ki jarurat nahi hai, toh connection ko suspend ya surrender karna sabse best option hai.
Step 1: Apni gas agency jayein aur 'Surrender Form' bharein.
Step 2: Apna khali cylinder, regulator, aur gas passbook (SV - Subscription Voucher) agency ko wapas jama karein.
Step 3: Agency aapko ek Termination Voucher (TV) ya Safe Custody Voucher degi. Is voucher ko sambhal kar rakhein, ye naye shahar me naya connection lene ke kaam aayega.
Step 4: Apni security deposit ka refund agency se wapas lein.
▶️ 4. Connection Reopen/Reactivate Kaise Karein?
Agar aapne connection suspend kiya tha aur ab wapas chalu karna chahte hain, ya kafi time se cylinder book na hone ke karan aapka connection Inactive (Dormant) ho gaya hai, toh iska process bhi asaan hai:
Kyu Band Hota Hai? Agar 6 mahine se zyada cylinder book na ho, toh connection automatically 'Dormant' ho jata hai.
Chalu Karne Ka Tarika:
Apni gas agency par visit karein.
Apna naya KYC detail (Aadhar Card, Address proof) wapas submit karein.
Ek application (Reactivation Form) likh kar dein ki aap apna connection reactivate karna chahte hain.
Agar aap naye shahar me hain, toh apna purana Termination Voucher (TV) aur address proof nayi agency me jama karein. Aapka connection nayi jagah par turant reopen ho jayega.
